I use A1 to B2 books and worksheets. Also, I allow translation and make myself immersed with their language as well. It will also be helpful if you will use pictures.

I would first teach pronunciation of the most basic verbs, then a few basic nouns, and then work through a basic sentence structure using the few vocab words that were shown. Making a couple different sentences should help get a feel for the grammar rules of English and can be built on from there. Using images to match a vocab word to a photo is also a great way to help them memorize the new words in the long run. Hope this helps!
One consideration would be to start simple with the basics, such as the first learning the English Alphabet, watching TV shows, and listening to music in English to immerse oneself in the language as much as possible.
