Hello just relax take a deep breath and start off by saying your name where you from and what qualifications you have and what you enjoy most about it and what are your aims and goals in your lessons and for your students. I had this challenge too. What I did was write down everything I needed to say and kept rehearsing till I didn't need the paper anymore. Always remember to smile while at it and you will do just fine.

Use video editing apps like kine master or cap cut. It will help you in adding subtitles and removing unnecessary parts of the video.
Write down what you want to say. Rehearse it before recording. Take multiple videos. You can merge the parts you want to keep in the editing process.

Try not to over think too much. I thought I wouldn’t be able to do mine either. I have actually turned jobs down just because I wasn’t comfortable doing introduction videos but now I’m okay. I’m not a pro, but I am okay. You will be too.
