“Yo tengo sueño” is what I say when I am sleepy. It would directly translate to “I am sleepy”. Another way to say you are sleepy is “Yo estoy cansado” which would more directly translate to “I am exhausted”
Estoy muerto de sueño, tengo mucho sueño, me duermo, and many more.
Hi actually You can say that like, "tengo sueño ", "estoy cansado/a"," Ya no jalo", estoy exausto/a , "me caigo del cansancio" thats like the most used in my country, Ecuador.
you said in estoy durmiendo
it says: "tengo sueño"
En español, puede decir "tengo sueño".
You can say "Tengo sueño" (You can use have to certain state-inducing nouns). Another option is "Me siento somnoliento" - Not very common TBH.
When describing something we usually say I am… but in spanish we use the verb to have which is Tener. Yo (I) tengo (spanish verb to have with I) sueño which means sleepy. So it becomes Yo tengo sueño
“Tengo sueño”; “me estoy durmiendo” (Argentina).
"Tengo sueño" ;-)
