Everday vocabulary, just general conversation Practice speaking: Role-play (pretending to talk to someone to would want to sell to) Record yourself and listen to how to speak. Also see if you can find a movie or two that has these types of characters in them where you can learn from Read real estate articles, and receiving constructive criticism I find is very helpful.
