There are plenty of things to make the lesson interesting! Some of them are playing games connected with grammar or vocabulary, watching mini-films / music videos and discussing them afterwards, ask student's opinion on specific topics (light or deep) which improves their brain work and helps using as much vocabulary as they know. It's important to involve your student to do something together, that makes your lesson successful :)

Start testBy making my lessons fun and interesting, I will encourage my students to talk about something that we both can learn from, something fun, something of their interest moat especially maybe their hobbies or the mistakes they made when they started lewrning.
I would create short video clips about that topic. I would give activities or do practical work with you so you would remember the work much better

Talking about interest's is a great way to build vocabulary and learn sentence formation. Having the student explain the topic can help put them at ease (they are talking about something they like), help the teacher get a feel for where they are language wise and everyone learns something from such conservations.

I teach adults now, so games aren't as relevant, but I try to engage the student to talk about subjects they enjoy; if they're struggling with the topic (or vocabulary or another point), I'll introduce an article related to their interests. I try to limit my own vocal contributions to asking leading questions or commenting (agreeing or disagreeing) with what they've said. This helps to keep the energy going in the discussion and to focus on the ideas they're trying to share, instead of just focusing on how to speak. This is a good way to take pressure off of the student and to further develop their confidence when they speak.
Dinosaurs are real animals that were living on earth. However dragons are fictional animals that invented by people themselves.
TPR method which is the total physical response, I believe it makes the class fun and engaging.
Role playing, free conversation, reading certain articles so the student can improve pronunciation...
with plain and simple calm and open collective chatting listen there is so a huge demand on the fact that we can pronouns or articulate or even conversate in English without the fear of either sounding stupid or embarrassed to talk in front or with friends from countries where English is the main language. this is not rocket science let's get to know each other better and just have a talk chat and trust the process it will take care of itself. the main focus that we need to explore is reading spend much given time reading any book of your choice the more you talk and communicate with your tutor the more you will know where mistakes are being made in your English dialog we work on eradicating that faults and mistakes if we keep at this regularly and consistently you will be successful in your English journey in no time
