There are a lot, this would actually make a good book if someone had the time/energy. My favourites are: "hot/cold as hell", "when hell freezes over", "rain on [his] parade", "throw caution to the wind", "steal [my] thunder", "[I'm] on cloud 9", "head in the clouds", "snowed under", "under the weather", "(to be) a breeze", "come rain or shine", "calm before the storm", and so on...
It's raining cats and dogs. :)

Right as rain, take a rain check, come rain or shine, lightning fast, chasing rainbows, snowed under, under the weather, saving for a rainy day, something in the wind, get wind of.

Let's see...raining cats and dogs, as wet as a drowned rat, hot enough to boil a monkeys bum, as cold as ice, as flat as a mill pond, as warm as toast, come rain or shine, cool as a breeze, break the ice.
I guess I know a lot. The ones that come to mind now are "it's raining cats and dogs", "every dark cloud has a silver lining", "come hell or high water", "when it rains, it pours".
