Hi. I'd like to know how you encourage your students to practice outside the class. In what ways do you motivate them or support them?

I always recommend to listen to music and read the lyrics of the songs.... (for example, it helps in practicing prononciation) The use apps such as duolingo and babble for casual interaction and informal learning..
Travel. Get out there to places where English is spoken, and then try your very best to speak it, you donโt have to get it right all the time.
Hi, try giving them practical home works or assignments and in that way they also get to give you feedback. That should encourage them to effortlessly practice without knowing it.

Start testI think the main thing is knowing the interests and hobbies of the students, then you know what materials to recommend.
I personally like to link learning to fun and competition. For example, kahoot games are a good way to keep the student entertained and make him study so that he will not lose. Also, speak about the lesson with excitement as a monotonous tone will only serve to drive him further from practicing the language.
Pick a subject like psychology or physics, and start learning new subjects in English
