Tutors provide the lesson plan, most of the time customized to the learner's needs or goals. 

Does liveXp provide lesson plans or is that up to the tutors?

You can contact support - green icon in the bottom right corner. But I do not see any lesson plan templates as a teacher, so I would guess the answer is no.

In my class the lesson plan is decided by both the student and I.  The students gets to explain to me what their goals are and we plan a way forward which is both comfortable  and effective for the student .

I like to message the student who has booked me to find out what they would like to learn in the lesson.  I give the Student the choice as its not always good for us as a tutor to choose for them.

The Tutor provides lesson plans according to the student's level and needs.

Lessons are provided by each tutor.  This way we are able to customize each lesson according to the students level.
