Some of the country have different accent, some accent can be easy to understand. Some accent is difficult to understand. The accent in English I have difficulty is the accent from United states because that is really there native language. Native speakers is sometimes not easy to understand due to their accent.

Personally, southern accents can be tricky. I think for first time learners LA or East coast accents would be easiest to understand since they are known for sharp pronunciation.
