As a Tutor, what is the oddest place you have taken a lesson ?
I have just taken a intro with a student driving a car (the student was the one driving).

One of my student used to take classes while driving, he usually parked his car but failed to get proper signal, I need to shout in order to make him understood that was such a pain in the neck 🙄 although he was a good student but it was really bothersome.

I was in a park while trying to relax and suddenly my students msg pop up. It was kind of weird to teach them while not being proffessional.

As a tutor I don’t take lessons. I give them. I gave an English lesson to 2 girls floating in a raft in a lake.

Several but the oddest a young student took the iPad to the toilet with her during a lesson.
As punishment for laughing in class constantly, my teacher took my desk and placed it outside the classroom, and continued with the lesson. I could here, but this made me laugh even more.
I once taught in the parking of a restaurant where we had a birthday. When it was my time for class, I just went to the parking inside the car and I taught comfortably.
When I visited my friend's house. The signal is not good so I went outside. While i'm having a class outside their gate, some of their neighbors' dog approach me and watch me while having a lesson :D
I once did a whole hour of tutoring on a tour bus! Everyone else had gone tourist shopping. It was a win-win - I didn't spend any money. 😉
