My French teachers at the start of high school got me interested in learning languages, so I would say them.

My secondary school teacher Mr. Purushottam Lal who made me stand in English language. I must say, "Had he not been there, I'd never have learnt English language." His deep knowledge of the concepts along with the presentation skills always impressed me a lot.
This is a difficult question, whether the teacher is good or not really depend on personal preference. But one thing in common, she/he must be very special to you and your can benefit from their teaching.
To begin once upon a time, I was a student and a very active student in that matter. Learning they say never ends and that is very true because even as a teacher today, I am some body else's student too. Back then while taking a foreign language class, one Madam Claire from the US was my most favorite teacher. She teaches with the best of teaching methods and her classes were very effective. Each class was like a new story, so inspiring and filled with unending gladness.

My high-school French teacher. She made learning French fun and enjoyable. She would correct us with encouragement when we would make mistakes. Her teaching style is one that I use as a blueprint to my own.
