I give instant lessons so the trial classes are spontaneous most of the time but even those are structured in a way that I have a set of questions prepared for every student to understand how I can help them better. Then I make student specific notes for if they want to continue lessons which are of course structured according to their learning goals.
I am both. It just depends on the student's learning goals and plans, I am always ready for a lesson whether instant or booked.
I can be both depending on the learner. As a teacher , one must be considerate of the learners development style and choose one that will work perfectly for that particular learner

Start testCombination of both. For baby classes, pre-K, and K classes, 5-10 mins are the most that teachers can get their attention. They get bored with structured lessons. I always have backup plans for students and classes like this. Spontaneity is the key to getting them active and little do they know, class is over. On the other hand, adult kids are more conversational and get interested in logic and fun word games. Icebreakers always work as well.
When it comes to lesson planning I’m mostly structured person. BUT! I can easily (spontaneously) change the topic at the lesson if student wants so and it will not be a problem for me to continue the lesson

Lesson planning and structuring your activities are very important parts of preparation. However, during the actual class, changes may happen when the student's response needs more intervention or if the student needs more challenging exercises. You need to be flexible.
Yes I am more structured person when it comes to planning .
I am more structured person when it comes to planning my lessons.
I am more structured person for the planning of the lessons
I am structered person
For me, I do believe that a lesson plan is the guide for every teacher before starting a lesson. This is a powerful device of a teacher that can make a structured class. But in actual or real scenarios, some phases could not be predicted since every learner has his or her own needs and interests to cater to. Nonetheless, teachers must mastered the lesson but allow to modify it during the class and adjust it the way the learners understand the lesson.
