Hello! I’m Nikolya I'm 19 years old, a passionate tutor from Sri Lanka. I’m currently pursuing a degree in cyber security, which has helped me develop strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy exploring technology, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I absolutely love working with young learners and helping them succeed in their studies. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a child gain confidence and curiosity about learning. I take pride in tailoring my teaching style to each student, ensuring that they feel comfortable and excited to participate. I believe that every child learns at their own pace, and I strive to create an environment where they feel supported, encouraged, and inspired to reach their full potential I have over six months of experience teaching young children, both in person and online. My background in teaching English and math has allowed me to connect with students and make lessons enjoyable. I have experience working with students of varying skill levels and strive to adapt my teaching methods to suit each individual’s learning style. In my lessons, I focus on creating a positive and engaging environment. I believe that children learn best when they feel excited and supported, so I incorporate games, interactive activities, and creative approaches to keep them engaged. I make sure to track progress and provide regular feedback to help students continue to improve and reach their full potential.
