Hey there, I'm June, originally from Korea. I've got a real passion for teaching Korean to people from all over. There's nothing I love more than seeing my students' skills improve and grow. I'm all about creating a fun and supportive learning environment where everyone can thrive. I'm excited about the opportunity to bring my teaching skills to you. I’ve been teaching Korean for about a year now, working with students of all ages. It’s been an incredible journey seeing my younger students grow in their language skills and witnessing the determination of adults diving into Korean for the first time. I’m also helping students prepare for the TOPIK exam, which has been challenging but rewarding. I’m passionate about teaching Korean and love helping my students achieve their language goals. I'm all about helping students bridge the gap between textbook Korean and how people actually speak in everyday life. I get that it can be frustrating when what you learn in class doesn't match up with real conversations. That's why I focus on teaching not just grammar and vocab, but also the little things that make Korean speech unique. I want my students to feel confident chatting in any situation, so I make sure to include lots of real-life examples and slang in my lessons. Understanding the difference between textbook rules and how Koreans really talk is key. I'm here to help students embrace those differences and become fluent communicators who can connect with native speakers on a deeper level.
