Hello, My my name is Helen, and i am a British national, currently living in Thailand, besides being a Qualified Business and Economics Teachers.
I have always been interested in publishing my own written book since I was featured in Frances Mensah Williams book ‘‘Everyday Heroes: Learning from the Careers of Successful Black Professionals’. I have currently been writing my first Novel, and would love to create an extracurricular activity that involves publishing written work, methods to do this on your own. Young people have such a creative mind and I think it would be fantastic for students to read books written by young people their own age. Learning to be inspirational figures for their generation and the next as well as allowing their creative nature to flow at the same time, helps to create young people who are not afraid to take risks in their future. In the world of publishing, there should be more publications written by students for students.
My preferred method of teaching is The Hybrid style of teaching because it allows me to incorporate individual student's preferences like diversity, backgrounds, personalities, and interests to address a topic of study. This type of teaching style is quite effective because it allows me to meets the needs of all the students and encourages them to indulge in active discussions. It is an inclusive learning approach and tailors the unique needs of all students. This teaching style has become more popular after the break of the COVID-19 pandemic as students are attending online classes and cannot physically meet or interact with each other.
