I am a 41-year-old from Kyrgyzstan with a passion for living life to the fullest. Whether it's exploring new destinations through travel, experimenting with unique recipes in the kitchen, or staying active through sports, I always find ways to stay engaged and energized. I believe in the power of balance—maintaining a healthy lifestyle, while also indulging in the things that bring me joy. Traveling allows me to broaden my horizons, cooking lets me express my creativity, and sport helps me stay strong, both physically and mentally. Each of these passions contributes to my overall well-being, and I take pride in the journey they create in my life.
With over 20 years of experience in teaching English, I have had the privilege of working in diverse international environments, including renowned institutions such as QSI International School, BIS International School, and Silk Road International School. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of varying cultural backgrounds, helping them not only improve their language skills but also fostering a deeper appreciation for global perspectives.
In addition to my teaching roles, I am the proud founder of Mountain Academy International Preschool, where I have designed and implemented educational programs aimed at nurturing young minds in a multilingual setting. My passion for education, combined with my international experience, allows me to create dynamic and inclusive learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of every student.
Break Down Complex Ideas: Start with the basics and gradually build up to more complex ideas. Use simple language, analogies, and examples that relate to students' everyday experiences.
Encourage Active Learning: Ask questions, encourage group discussions, and give students hands-on activities. This ensures that they are engaging with the material in a way that reinforces learning.
Repeat Key Concepts: Repetition helps reinforce what students have learned. Rephrase important ideas in different ways and give examples to ensure understanding.
Provide Real-World Examples: Show how the material applies in real-life situations. This contextualizes the learning and helps students see its value outside the classroom.
