This openness has helped me broaden my perspective and understand culture specific behavior. This awareness has motivated me to become an ESL teacher. I encourage my students to focus on their strengths in order to develop their English abilities. I emphasize that creativity is an important aspect of writing and speaking. I motivate my students to take chances and use language creatively to express themselves I strive to develop the full potential of my students in the language learning process. I teach as from intermediate level and above. If you know Spanish there is no problem to be a beginner. I have taught at all levels including Business English at prestigious companies.
