💡
LiveXP Tutors are expected to conduct all scheduled lessons. However, if circumstances align with the criteria outlined in the 'Valid Reasons', Tutors retain the right to decline teaching the lesson or engaging with the Student in further communication.

🟢 Valid reasons

  • The Student displays rude or unprofessional behavior, including harassment, threats, or other forms of misconduct.
  • The Student engages in inappropriate or sexually explicit language or behavior before/during the lesson.
  • The Student attempts to solicit services that are not offered by LiveXP or suggests making payments outside of the platform during the class.
  • The Student is persistently late to lessons, constantly cancels / reschedules them.
  • The Student insists on scheduling lessons when the Tutor is unavailable.
  • The Tutor's language is explicitly stated in their profile, but the Student does not share their language, hindering effective communication.
  • The Student requests materials outside of the Tutor's expertise or areas of specialization, not indicated in the Tutor's profile.

🟠 Invalid reasons

  • Student's first-time tardiness, cancellation / rescheduling. In such instances, open communication is paramount. We kindly encourage Tutors to try addressing concerns directly with the Student first. If resolution proves challenging, LiveXP Support Team is available for further assistance.
  • Subjective judgments such as "I don’t like the Student", "The Student does not match my mood/personality" etc.
  • Student's requests for new materials or changes in topics.

When your reason aligns with one of the valid criteria outlined above, please do not hesitate to promptly and proactively reach out to our Support Team via chat or email at [email protected].

All other instances not specified in the provided lists are evaluated individually and thoroughly considered on a case-by-case basis by the LiveXP Support Team following the report made to us via chat or email at [email protected].

☝🏻
When reporting, kindly make sure to include as much details as possible, including screenshots of conversations, any specific phrases or actions undertaken by the Student. It may expedite the resolution of the situation.
