How the Subscription Plan Change Works

You can change your subscription plan anytime.

  • When you change your subscription plan on LiveXP, any remaining unused lessons in your current balance will be converted into a discount and applied to your first payment for the new plan. Already scheduled lessons are considered "used" and won’t be part of the discount.
  • Once you switch, all unused lessons from your current subscription will be removed, and new lessons will be added to your balance according to the new plan.
  • If the new plan costs less than your remaining unused lessons, make sure to schedule those lessons with any tutor before changing plans. In this case, your lesson balance should be zero before the switch.

To change your subscription plan on the WEB, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your "My Progress" Dashboard.
  2. Find the Subscription Plan section.
  3. Click on the three dots menu and select Plan Change.

During the subscription change process, the price is automatically calculated and displayed on the screen, so you’ll see the total before confirming the payment.

Once you complete the payment for the new plan, your current subscription ends, and the lessons from the new plan are added to your balance. The number of new lessons depends on the plan you choose.

Remember, when you switch to a new subscription plan, you’re not buying additional lessons — you’re simply signing up for a new plan, which will replace your current one.
Any unused lessons from the old plan will be removed, and your lesson balance will be updated to reflect the new subscription.

After you pay for the new Subscription plan, you get a payment confirmation email with Subscription details, next rebill date, and the next Subscription payment amount.
