Winnie

Hello my name is Winnie from Polokwane, South Africa and I am a native English teacher. During my varsity years, I was part of the mentoring program where we’d help first year students with modules that they needed extra lessons in and we’d give them lessons. I am passionate about education and would like to share my knowledge with others. I’m into Content Creation, reading and love hitting the gym. I have 2 years of teaching experience from mentoring students at University and I hold a 120 hours Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate. My classroom motto is: Make learning as fun and enjoyable as possible! I hold a four year Bachelor’s degree (honours) in Environmental and Resource Studies from the University of Limpopo, South Africa. My subject expertise is English as a native language. I was taught every subject in English throughout my schooling years. Students can expect to able to speak, write and hear English after taking a few lessons with me. In my classroom, it is all about making learning fun and easy! I would like for my students to let me know of their goals and we will work together in achieving them.
