My name is Gizem, I'm from Turkey, I am 28 years old and I live in Toronto, Canada. I have been teaching English for 7 years. I graduated from English Language and Literature Department at Manisa Celal Bayar University in 2017 and I became an English Teacher. I am also a CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certified English teacher. In my free time, I read books (English and American literature books, philosophical books, science fiction, and fantasy books), listen to music, travel, do yoga, cook, research about healthy life, and learn foreign languages. I have been teaching English for 7 years. After I graduated from university, I started teaching English. I worked in a kindergarten for a year and then I started working in a primary school. I have a lot of private teaching experience, too. I taught Engli The students are always active in my lessons. I would like my classes to be student-centered. That's why, I use some of the teaching techniques such as Total Physical Response, The Silent Way, and Constructivism. I use various materials that engage students' attention. I am a very positive and cheerful teacher so the students are never bored in my lessons. My lessons are always very enjoyable. I would like the students to have fun while learning English.
