My name is Gina, and I come from China. At 30 years old, I developed a strong passion for travel and music, which have enriched my life in countless ways. My love for exploring new places has taken me to various countries, allowing me to experience diverse cultures and meet incredible people. I have had the pleasure of teaching children in the UK, Singapore, and China, where I have the wonderful opportunity to work with international students. Teaching young children brings me immense joy, as I believe in fostering their curiosity and love for learning. I strive to create a fun and engaging environment that encourages exploration and creativity. To enhance my teaching practice, I hold a master's degree in Early Childhood Education, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of child development and effective pedagogical strategies. Additionally, I possess an NVQ certificate that further attests to my training and commitment to providing high-quality education. My qualifications also include a teaching Chinese certificate, enabling me to teach the Mandarin language with confidence and enthusiasm. In my Mandarin lessons for children aged 2 to 6 years old, students can expect a lively and engaging environment designed to make language learning both fun and meaningful. My teaching style is centred on creating a safe space where young learners feel comfortable exploring new concepts.
