I describe myself as a PASSIONate tutor because I'm Patient, Attentive to the details of the lesson materials, Sensitive to the needs of students, Sincere, arouse the Interests of my pupils, and On-Time. I have been a college facilitator for 18 years, training students to be successful hoteliers and restaurateurs. Being an effective teacher, I implement creative and innovative teaching. I engage my students using multiple modalities. Lessons that involve speaking, reading, and listening. Sometimes I gamify my lessons, for them to be comfortable, and entertained. I cultivate a cultural relationship and be culturally responsive to all of my classes since my students are from different parts of the world. I also speak slowly and increase my waiting time.
