I am 56 years old, a business school graduate, former company director and certified adult trainer. In professional retraining, I want to work at home as a freelancer. I love teaching. They call me an excellent teacher. I have an excellent command of the French language and a very good general knowledge, with very good interpersonal skills. I am also a certified coach. I also teach in the sports field. I have trained more than a hundred people in the professional field, management students and also young people in the sports field. I gave school lessons to middle school students. I am certified as an adult trainer, with honors. after having defined the objectives and their needs with the learner, I build a lesson plan with SMART objectives aimed at acquiring the vocabulary, grammar and required situations. I use various media such as videos, conversation, role plays, written documents, dictation, making sure to impress the materials at the learner's level. At the end of the course I send a summary of the work accomplished and to be done. I make sure to motivate the learner by putting them in a situation of success.
