Hello👋Everyone, I’m Amber, I’m from Jilin, China, it’s a very beautiful city, I’m 22 years old, cheerful and enthusiastic, I like making new friends, and I love teaching Chinese. If you are also interested in learning Chinese, then come and listen to my class!
Teaching experience:
Case 1: Situational teaching method
- Teaching object: business people with elementary Chinese proficiency.
- Teaching content: When teaching business Chinese conversation, the teacher simulates a business negotiation scene in the classroom. Divide students into groups, play the role of buyers and suppliers, and use simple Chinese to discuss prices, introduce products, and other dialogues.
- Teaching results: Students can quickly understand and remember professional vocabulary and common sentences in business situations, and learn to use them flexibly in actual situations. In the feedback after the course, students said that this real-life exercise made them more confident in dealing with real business exchanges.
Case 2: Cultural integration teaching
- Teaching object: foreign students who are interested in Chinese culture.
- Teaching content: When explaining Chinese vocabulary and grammar, combine Chinese traditional festivals. For example, around the Spring Festival, explain vocabulary related to the Spring Festival, such as "Spring Festival couplets", "red envelopes", "New Year greetings", etc. The teacher not only explains the meaning of the words, but also introduces the customs of the Spring Festival, and organizes students to write Spring Festival couplets and make dumplings together.
- Teaching results: Students' interest in learning Chinese has greatly increased. They have a deeper understanding of Chinese culture while learning the language, and can naturally use culturally related vocabulary in communication.
Case 3: Multimedia-assisted teaching
- Teaching objects: Young Chinese learners.
- Teaching content: Use Chinese cartoons and songs to assist teaching. For example, by playing the Chinese dubbing version of "Peppa Pig", students can be exposed to natural Chinese oral expressions while watching interesting animations. At the same time, teach students to sing simple Chinese nursery rhymes, such as "Two Tigers", to help them master the pronunciation and rhythm of Chinese.
- Teaching results: Students learn Chinese in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and their oral skills have improved significantly. This method makes Chinese learning no longer boring and improves students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning.
I am more concerned about the amount of knowledge that students can actually master in my class and whether the atmosphere during the course is a cheerful and fun teaching environment that students can accept.
